Her academic degrees include a master’s in clinical mental health counseling and a bachelor’s in criminal justice with an emphasis on forensic psychology. She is a licensed professional counselor, a licensed alcohol/drug addiction counselor, and an internationally certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor. She has three years of experience in substance use disorder counseling. She enjoys working with adults who are working on themselves. She has experience working in community outreach and outpatient services. Her counseling styles are psychoeducational, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered therapy.
Susan HawkinsMy name is Susan Hawkins, APRN. I have experience in Psych, including substance use disorders. I received my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 1995 at University of Central Arkansas. After 27 years as a nurse, I went on to obtain my Master's of Science in Nursing with focus as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2022 from University of Phoenix. My favorite past time is enjoying time with family and my dogs.
